Magistic AI designs and operates agentic AI systems for sales, support, booking, delivery and internal operations, including the products presented on this website. The scope, pricing and service levels of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement; nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a commitment to provide a particular service.

• Comply with all applicable laws and the policies of any platform involved.
• No spam, abuse, unlawful, or infringing content.
• No reverse engineering, bypassing security, or unauthorized access.
• No collection or processing of third‑party data without proper consent and lawful basis.

4. Client Data & Licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Magistic AI a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display such content solely to operate and improve the services provided to you. You represent that you have all rights and consents required to provide that data to us and our subprocessors.

5. Third‑Party Services

Our services integrate with third‑party providers (e.g., messaging platforms, AI/ML providers, hosting and databases). Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

6. Availability

Features may change or be discontinued. Where a written agreement sets service levels, that agreement governs; otherwise the website and any preview features are provided without any availability commitment.

7. Fees & Taxes

Fees are set out in the applicable written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, and third‑party platform charges, which you are responsible to pay.

8. Confidentiality & Security

Each party agrees to keep confidential information secret and use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms. We employ industry‑standard security measures; however, no method is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT, THIS WEBSITE AND ANY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Magistic AI disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Magistic AI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO Magistic AI FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for risk or security reasons. You may cease use at any time. Upon termination, your right to access ceases immediately.
